1. Who These Standards Cover

Surga, operated by SURGA PARADISE INDONESIA in Indonesia, prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) throughout Our Website and Application. Our Service is for adults aged 18 or older. These protections apply to every child, whether or not they use Surga.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not create, upload, request, store, link to, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or use Surga for:

• Sexual grooming or solicitation involving anyone under 18.
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or blackmail of children.
• Encouraging, arranging, or assisting these acts.

3. Reporting a Concern

Report suspected violations through Our Community reporting tools, where available, or the email below. Include a profile or post reference and a brief explanation. Do not attach, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM.

4. Review and Enforcement

We will review child-safety reports and remove identified CSAM. We may restrict content or accounts during an investigation. Accounts responsible for confirmed CSAE violations will be permanently disabled.

5. Reports to Authorities

We will report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional authority and cooperate with lawful investigations. We will preserve and disclose relevant information as required by applicable law, including applicable Indonesian child-protection requirements.
